GTC and privacy policy

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and participation conditions of MS Sports AG dated November 30, 2024 (“GTC”) attached to the registration form apply. These additional GTC Zurich Girls’ Football Days (“Additional GTC”) apply in addition to the GTC and take precedence over them as specific special provisions.
 

1. Provisions in the registration form
The Zurich Football Days for Girls are event days, not camps and are therefore excluded from the following provision in the registration form:
"We collaborate with sponsors to offer the camps at an affordable price. By registering, you consent to being contacted by our sponsors." 
For a successful registration, you must accept the terms and conditions at the time of registration; however, you will not be contacted by sponsors from the MS Sports Camps.

2. Cancellation insurance
For participation in the Zurich Football Days for Girls, optional cancellation insurance can be taken out at a price of CHF 4.

3. Cancellation with cancellation insurance
If a participant cancels no later than two calendar days before the day of the event, any payments already made will be refunded in full, minus the insurance premium of CHF 4. A cancellation fee of CHF 9 will be charged for cancellations made two calendar days or more before the day of the event. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

4. Cancellation without cancellation insurance
If a participant cancels without cancellation insurance, a cancellation fee of CHF 20 will be charged, regardless of the time of cancellation. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

1. Photo, Data, and Filming Rights
By registering for the Zurich Football Days for Girls, both the participant and the legal guardian declare their consent that photos and video recordings (data) of the participating child may be taken and agree that these data may be used by Zurich and companies of the Zurich Insurance Group for advertising purposes.
If you do not agree with this, please contact the event management on site no later than before the start of the event day. They will inform you about the procedure.

2. Personal Data and Advertising Measures
MS Sports AG, Zurich, and companies of the Zurich Insurance Group generally do not pass on data and addresses of participating families to third parties. However, by participating in the Zurich Football Days for Girls, you agree to be contacted by Zurich for advertising purposes. You have the right to prohibit Zurich from using your address data for advertising purposes. To do so, please send an email with your contact details to info(at)mssports.ch with the subject "Opting-out option". This opt-out applies in connection with the Zurich Football Days for Girls event series and must be repeated if you register for another MS Sports camp.
